A top producing agent since 2000, Liz Alarcon, also known as “la reina de las casas,” assists all clients with a particular focus on first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and those involved in short sales and REOs. Liz has done it all with her big heart, strength, and honesty, and she consistently turns clients into friends. When she was younger and saw her parents struggle with their first real estate purchase, she knew then that she wanted to make real estate a part of her life. Through her positivity and perseverance, Liz shows families that owning a home is definitely within their reach with the proper guidance.
Liz has earned multiple awards from every agency she has been part of throughout the years, including Rookie of the Year, Diamond Club, Chairman’s Circle Gold Award for Excellence in units sold and gross volume, and the President’s Elite Sales Achievement Award, Platinum Club, and Hall of Fame. Liz is also a member of the Northern Solano County Association of Realtors®, Women’s Council of Realtors®, and is president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She is very active among clients in the Latino community.
In addition to her real estate career, Liz is a busy mother to three beautiful girls, and her supportive husband of 21 years has joined her team as an agent. She enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ schools and for their extracurricular activities, giving back to her community, and hosting her radio show, “Ask the Expert.” In her downtime, Liz enjoys horseback riding, traveling, interior design, and spending time with her family.
